Rick Clark to lead IVIZE’s Southeast sales efforts

IVIZE is delighted to announce that Rick Clark has been named Director of Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) of business development. Rick will work with our Southeast team to teach and train, support the sales process for EDD opportunities, while developing large projects directly. His primary objectives are to drive e-Discovery business, strengthen IVIZE’s internal EDD capabilities, and drive scale in the IVIZE Data Center in Kansas City.

Rick brings more than 10 years of experience in the litigation support services industry and has established a record of success. He spent five years in sales and account management with Digital Legal and Compex Legal services, marketing the full spectrum of litigation support services. In 2006, he co-founded Wave Software, a state-of-the-art software technology focused exclusively on the legal market.

Wave Software has become a leading-edge product, offering tools for processing, early case assessment and project management under the Trident brand. Over the past 5½ years, Rick successfully helped build Wave Software into a global business licensing software, primarily to law firms, to help them efficiently manage their discovery matters. Rick has hired and trained its sales team; supported its complex client needs; and consistently sold large project client engagements to firms such as Deloitte, Price Waterhouse and Navigant.

Rick graduated from Liberty University, in Lynchburg, VA, with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
