Data Volume Management
The central strategy of IVIZE Smart Discovery™ Approach is to reduce the amount of data to be processed and reviewed as early as possible in the discovery process. In our experience, a maximum of 20% to 30% of data ever reviewed in a case actually turns out to be relevant or responsive. Our approach yields not only time but also dramatic cost savings – and is probably the only way to efficiently manage ever increasing data volumes.
IVIZE leverages the best technologies available to collect, cull down (de-dupe, denisting, etc.) and then give our clients access to the native data prior to processing (for instance using Clearwell). This allows our clients to rapidly perform early case analysis, cull down large datasets of email and electronic documents to much smaller, relevant datasets, and quickly identify who knew what and when.
