Company History

Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, IVIZE is a leading provider of litigation document support services including duplicating, imaging, scanning, coding, electronic data discovery, and web hosting to law firms and corporate customers.

Currently, with 17 full-service locations, IVIZE operates in Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Charleston, WV; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Clayton, MO; Fayetteville, AR; Grand Rapids, MI; Kansas City, MO; Little Rock, AR; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Montgomery, AL; New Orleans, LA; Overland Park, KS; St. Louis, MO; and Tallahassee, FL. Our geographic presence allows us to easily deliver on all your production requirements and address your local or national productions, for copying, scanning, e-Discovery processing, and hosting requirements. We can deliver TIFF, PDF, or even native file productions. We produce databases that meet your pre-approved specifications.

Kansas City is also the home to our National Data Center, set up to accommodate large projects requiring electronic processing. The technology coupled with IVIZE's industry knowledge allows us to deliver high-quality solutions that keep our clients returning. IVIZE understands the time demands, importance, security, and logistics of document productions.

IVIZE was built through strategic acquisitions including (i) Action Legal Document Services, Inc. on January 3, 2006, (ii) IVIZE Holdco, LLC, including two locations that were formerly part of Summit Document Services (“Summit”) on November 20, 2006, and (iii) two locations from Compex Litigation Support, LLC on July 26, 2007.
