Strategies and Tactics to Reduce ESI Populations Reliably, Efficiently, and Defensibly

This program addresses how to take advantage of the latest trends in collecting, filtering, processing, reviewing, and producing only relevant data while saving time and money reviewing only the most critical documents. Some of the topics addressed include: conducting the initial analysis of the total ESI population, specific to origin of data, how the data was stored, what filters would work best, and key questions to consider during a “meet and confer”. The focus is on how to organize an efficient document review combined with leveraging the latest in litigation technology.
