Perspectives on e-Discovery – Impact of ESI Throughout the Legal System

This class takes a more creative approach looking at electronic data discovery. To fully understand the process, significance, and impact that e-Discovery has on the legal community, this course approaches e-Discovery wearing several hats: the attorney (outside and inside counsel), the paralegal, the litigation support manager, IT support, and the vendor. Attendees will gain a better understanding of their own role within the e-Discovery project lifecycle, resulting in an increased awareness and best practices moving forward. Topics also include database design, litigation technology implementation, and project workflow.
