Electronic Discovery Planning, Workflow, and SpecificationsThis program introduces and explores a key component of all e-Discovery projects: planning. Practical tips for evaluating ESI stores and creating and documenting a data harvesting protocol and workflow are discussed with real world examples. The course explores the need to implement defensible data collection processes. Forensic protocols are distinguished and defined. Practical considerations for defensible vs. forensic collection are discussed. Computer forensics is defined and discussed to allow evaluation of the forensics options. This program covers various tools available for review and production of ESI collections.
