Jeff Dreiling Managing Partner
Jeff Dreiling joined IVIZE in 2007 through the Compex Litigation Support acquisition. As Managing Partner, Jeff leads a team of IT professionals, project managers, and EDD specialists providing Electronic Discovery services for IVIZE’s locations nationwide. In addition, Jeff works directly with various law firms, government agencies, and corporate legal departments to help manage multilevel electronic document requests. Starting with OmniDox in 2001, Jeff held a number of positions within the company assisting clients in the planning, implementation, and execution of large scale, complex litigation projects. Jeff holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is actively involved in several local charities including the Salvation Army and Head for the Cure.
Cindy Divine Director of Technology
Cindy Divine started working in the Litigation Support industry as a coding specialist in 1998. She has worked in both production and management capacities and is currently the Director of Electronic Services and Project Management with responsibility for operations for IVIZE’s Kansas City Data Center. This data center processes all electronically stored information (ESI) for each of the IVIZE locations nationwide.
Cindy also specializes in the development of Statements of Work, internal tracking and communication systems, national training coordination, and ALS/ESI best practices. In addition, she provides support to the project and production managers in each of our locations. Cindy has managed many of our largest projects including high profile criminal, pharmaceutical, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
DKeith Wilson Sr. Solutions Engineer for Electronic Services
DKeith Wilson brings a wealth of information technology experience to IVIZE’s e-Discovery team in Atlanta, including five years as a Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, working on a variety of complex EDD matters with corporate clients and law firms. DKeith is extremely knowledgeable about project management, early case assessment, processing, hosting and account management and boasts a history of long-term and repeat clients.
DKeith is a key player on our e-Discovery team, supporting our sales executives, managing partners and account managers in the EDD sales process by developing the Scope of Work, as well as pricing and solution design, and bridging the implementation to the Kansas City Data Center.
Jeff Henry Director of EDD Business Development - Midwest Region
Jeff Henry, a qualified veteran in the Litigation Support Services industry, serves as Director of Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) Business Development and brings a wealth of industry experience to the IVIZE team.
As an accomplished EDD Business Development leader, Jeff has more than 16 years of experience, using his expertise to train our sales team and support the sales process for IVIZE’s Smart Discovery™ Approach. Jeff also leads IVIZE’s National e-Discovery Business Development efforts, ensuring that IVIZE continues its successful profitable growth.
His career has been spent with IKON; IPro; and, most recently, six years as the vice president of sales for a leading e-Discovery provider.
Rick Clark Director of EDD Business Development - Southeast Region
Rick Clark is the Director of Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) of business development. He works with our Southeast team to teach and train, support the sales process for EDD opportunities, while developing large projects directly. His primary objectives are to drive e-Discovery business, strengthen IVIZE’s internal EDD capabilities, and drive scale in the IVIZE Data Center in Kansas City.
Rick brings more than 10 years of experience in the litigation support services industry and has established a record of success. He spent five years in sales and account management with Digital Legal and Compex Legal services, marketing the full spectrum of litigation support services. In 2006, he co-founded Wave Software, a state-of-the-art software technology focused exclusively on the legal market. Rick successfully helped build Wave Software into a global business licensing software, primarily to law firms, to help them efficiently manage their discovery matters.
