John Holland
Senior Vice President
As CEO of DocuLegal, John Holland leveraged his extensive business consulting expertise and technological acumen to deliver a range of incident response and digital litigation support services. His company's service offerings help law firms and enterprises prepare for and respond to electronic data discovery. During the course of managing large and complex engagements, John has had oversight and management responsibilities for the collection, processing, review and production of data. He has worked to address challenges in the areas of litigation strategy, automated discovery processes, scanning workflow design and implementation, litigation readiness, discovery management, and litigation software implementation. In 2005, John co-founded D4, a Forensic Laboratory and Data Collection company. D4 consists of a well trained team of professionals that offer computer forensic examinations, data collection, expert testimony, and consulting on best practices for handling electronic evidence. John's strong technical background coupled with his extensive litigation experience has been an extremely valuable resource for his clients. John speaks regularly on the use of technology in litigation support and e-Discovery throughout the country. Prior to starting DocuLegal, John worked in the document services industry for Xerox Corporation and IKON Office Solutions, formerly NightRider. John holds a Bachelor of Science from Providence College in Marketing.

Myron Jadwin
Vice President of National Sales
Myron Jadwin has more than a decade of legal services & litigation technology experience. He is chartered with leading IVIZE’s National Account Program and overall national sales effort. Mr. Jadwin’s expertise includes crafting and delivering complete e-Discovery & legal services solutions for Corporate Counsel. He regularly supports several Fortune 1000 corporations with their e-Discovery initiatives and matters. Mr. Jadwin began his legal services career in 1993 with NightRider/IKON where he held positions of sales and general management in addition to developing and administrating many of the company’s advanced training programs. In 1999, Mr. Jadwin took hiatus from the legal industry, relocated to San Francisco and spent several years leading sales teams with technology based, start-up companies. Prior to joining IVIZE, Mr. Jadwin served as Director of Professional Services with Whitmont Legal Technologies/Aptara. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A in English.

Joshua Gilliland
Professional Development Manager
Joshua Gilliland is a former practicing California attorney, has used litigation support software products in complex business cases and criminal appellate matters. Josh has conducted over 60 e-Discovery seminars, mock depositions and mock trials from Miami to Anchorage and Canada. Josh has also been an invited speaker at bar association events and trade shows, in addition to serving as a guest lecturer on e-Discovery at several law schools. Josh is a blogger and has authored numerous white papers, highlighting issues of text message authentication, YouTube deposition exhibits, and MP3 Players as the cause of class action lawsuits. Before joining the IVIZE team, Josh was at CT Summation, providing thought leadership in professional and business development. Josh practiced construction defect litigation at Roger, Scott & Helmer and worked as a contract attorney and consultant on complex civil cases and a Federal Habeas appeal in the San Francisco Bay Area. Josh received his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 2001 and holds an A.B. in Political Science from University of California at Davis.

Eric Mandel
Early Discovery Consultant
Eric P. Mandel is a senior consultant with D4 LLC, responsible for providing subject matter expertise on litigation readiness and e-Discovery consulting projects. A licensed member of the State Bar of California, Mr. Mandel joined D4 in 2006, bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience as an attorney, business executive and technologist. During his tenure at D4, Mr. Mandel has supervised several international litigation projects, and actively participated in the identification, preservation and collection of ESI from hundreds of custodians and a wide variety of data systems. He has also developed educational programs for teaching legal and technological issues related to e-Discovery. Mr. Mandel is an active, participating member of the E.D.R.M. Project, and a principal author of the E.D.R.M. Code of Conduct. Mr. Mandel spent nearly a decade working in the entertainment industry, starting in the mail room at Columbia Pictures Television, and eventually running a film production company and producing motion pictures. Along the way, Mr. Mandel obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was President of the National Moot Court Governing Board. He then practiced law for several years, including working as a litigation attorney on the discovery team for a major CERCLA case prior to returning to the entertainment industry.

Tom Groom
Senior Discovery Manager
Tom Groom is a recognized e-Discovery expert with more than 23 years of experience in information technology and 15 years focused
on litigation support, document review, and e-Discovery methodologies. As an IVIZE Senior Discovery Consultant, Mr. Groom advises both corporate and law firm clients on issues involving ESI, including defensible collection methodologies, optimized ESI processing and review workflows, and litigation contingency and readiness planning. He establishes project teams and solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of his clients. Mr. Groom has presented numerous MCLEs and training seminars on ESI topics including FRCP, optimized ESI workflows with various approaches to Native File Review and production methodologies. He is also the point person for matters involving complex electronic discovery services, production coordination, high-volume imaging efforts, Web-based repositories, and complex coding projects. Mr. Groom has supported cases involving mergers & acquisition, antitrust, securities, environmental, patent infringement, products liability, as well as other general litigation.

Mr. Groom’s career began with IBM where he served for eight years as a System Engineer for the National Accounts division. The following seven years he served IKON Digital Litigation Services as Senior Business Development Manager. Mr. Groom then spent three years in the Geospatial software development and computer storage industries before joining Whitmont/Aptara in 2004 which was purchased by IVIZE at the end of 2007. He has received numerous awards for his innovative ideas and top performance. Mr. Groom earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on computer information systems from Arizona State University and a Bachelors of Science, Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Maureen E. Holland
Discovery Manager
Maureen has nearly eleven years experience in the litigation support and legal technology industry. Her main focus is on advising national and international law firms, Fortune 500 companies and top tier litigation service providers on the different methods of preserving, managing, reviewing and producing data for purposes of litigation. Maureen provides a complete perspective on how to handle data throughout the entire lifecycle of a case. Maureen's experience ranges from advising on the e-Discovery process, evaluating and selecting litigation review tools, strategic planning with case teams, legal technology training and developing and implementing workflow policies and procedures. Currently, one of Maureen's most active projects involves advising a major international law firm on how best to manage various types of data for the third largest bankruptcy case in the United States. She manages and maintains all e-Discovery and litigation support aspects of this one case. Prior to joining D4 LLC, Maureen worked in New York City as a Senior Project Manager for WilmerHale LLP, as a Litigation Support Case Manager for Davis, Polk & Wardwell LLP, and as a Litigation Support Consultant for many other law firms. Maureen holds a bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the University of Dayton.
