Joel Milne
Prior to joining Ivize, Mr. Milne co-founded Mt. Auburn Partners, an investment firm
specialized in the acquisition and management of commercial or consumer service
companies. Previously, Mr. Milne founded Season Ticket Networks, which he led to
become the leader in season ticketing software, with over 50 professional sports teams as
customers, including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Bulls, Colorado Avalanche,
Texas Rangers, and many more. Prior to starting STN, Mr. Milne served as President of
nCode Technologies, an international IT consulting firm, where he was responsible for all
consulting and sales operations. Additionally, Mr. Milne served as a Deputy Director for
Governor Mitt Romney’s 2002 election campaign and has worked as a project engineer
for one of the world’s largest copper mining companies. Mr. Milne received an MBA with
distinction from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Engineering from Queen’s
University.
Malte Bernholz
Prior to joining Ivize, Mr. Bernholz co-founded Mt. Auburn Partners, an investment firm
specialized in the acquisition and management of commercial or consumer service
companies. Previously, Mr. Bernholz was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company,
where he helped top management at Fortune 500 companies in the financial services
industry resolve their most critical operations and technology issues. Prior to joining
McKinsey, Mr. Bernholz worked as a consultant for Accenture, and as a worldwide
production planner for a $2 billion PC line at Hewlett-Packard. Raised in Germany and
Andorra, educated in France and the US, Mr. Bernholz is fluent in six languages. Mr.
Bernholz holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with highest
distinction from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France, and received the
Graduate Certificate of Management of Technology from University of California at
Berkeley.
Paul Mastroianni
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Ivize, Mr. Mastroianni was the Assistant Treasurer and Director of
Corporate Finance at Marsh & McLennan, a $20 billion global corporation, where he
managed the firm’s banking and rating agency relationships and oversaw cash
management and equity financing. Previously, Mr. Mastroianni was the Director of
Corporate Finance and Assistant Treasurer at ITT Corporation (the holding company for
Sheraton Hotels, Madison Square Gardens, The New York Knicks and Rangers, ITT
Educational Services, ITT Financial and numerous other companies). At ITT Mr.
Mastroianni was responsible for commercial and investment banking relationships, global
risk management and secretary of the pension fund committee. Previously Mr.
Mastroianni was a Vice President of Asset Management at Citicorp Real Estate and a
Real Estate Development Analyst at IBM. Mr. Mastroianni has also worked as a
consultant for Bank of America. Mr. Mastroianni holds an MBA from NYU and a B.Sc.
from Fordham University.
