Dan J. Chapman
Senior Vice President
Mr. Chapman is responsible for supporting sales and operations across all the IVIZE locations nationwide. Prior to joining IVIZE, Mr. Chapman served as the Managing Partner of North Carolina for DTI, where he successfully led three locations to record setting revenues providing a full array of litigation support services to law firms and Fortune 500 corporate counsel including but not limited to ESI processing, online review, image capture, document coding, and legal reprographics. Additionally, Dan was instrumental in developing a National Sales Training program for new and existing members of the DTI sales force. Mr. Chapman quickly established himself as a litigation support consultant offering clients training and cost-benefit analysis as an advocate for litigation technology in the work place. Mr. Chapman has presented at CLE legal functions across the country and has presented to the University of North Carolina, Charlotte Paralegal Program. From an operational perspective, Dan has been successful in implementing the latest in software and hardware to ensure clients receive the best possible product at the best possible price. Mr. Chapman began his career in 1994 with NightRider, the pioneer of the legal document services industry, where he launched a new office in Tucson as the sole member of the sales team. He continued his career as a successful sales professional and leader in several major legal markets including Denver, San Francisco, and Atlanta. In 2004, Mr. Chapman went to Lex Solutio as their National Sales Training Director where he developed a comprehensive, training curriculum for employees selling litigation technology. Dan has been involved on several major complex litigation projects using end-user database solutions such as ICONECT, Summation, ImageDepot, Concordance, IPRO, Attenex, Ringtail, TrialDirector, Sanction, and CaseMap. Mr. Chapman holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a degree in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Litigation Support Professional.
Elliot Taub
Vice President of Operations
Elliot Taub has over seven years of experience in Litigation Support with his primary responsibilities focused on operations. Prior to joining Ivize, Elliot was the National Director of ESI services for Aptara Legal Services where he led a team of ESI experts in providing consulting and data processing services for complex ESI projects. Mr. Taub was instrumental in introducing technology solutions to enhance the customer’s experience and improve efficiency. Previously, Mr. Taub served as the National Director of Operations for Whitmont Legal Technologies where he oversaw the production of client projects for 12 locations.
Chris Johnson
Regional Vice President, Southeast Region
Chris is responsible for supporting sales and operations for all IVIZE locations in the Southeast. He has 8 years of experience in technology sales to include six years in the litigation support services industry. Prior to joining IVIZE, Chris was the Director of Facilities Management Sales & Consulting in Florida for Document Technologies, Inc. Before assuming this role he was the Managing Partner of DTI's Tampa office which he opened in July of 2006. As Managing Partner, Chris was responsible for the day-to-day management of the Tampa Bay market to include all litigation support services sales & consulting as well as all facilities management operations. In June of 2004 he was named Managing Partner and opened the Winston-Salem office for DTI. Prior to joining DTI, Chris worked in sales with Gartner, the world's largest IT Research and Advisory firm. He also served for four years in the United States Navy during several real world operations. Chris is a Certified Litigation Support Professional and speaks regularly throughout the Southeast.
