IVIZE ACQUIRES APTARA’S LITIGATION SUPPORT BUSINESS

Ivize Emerges as Dominant National Player with Latest Acquisition

Jan 1, 2008 – Ivize, LLC today announced that it has acquired Aptara Inc's litigation support business, formerly known as Whitmont, based in Los Angeles, California. With this latest acquisition, Ivize adds seven new locations in California to its network and emerges as a dominant national player in the litigation support industry. Ivize, headquartered in Charlotte, NC provides e-Discovery and litigation document support services in over 25 locations throughout the United States.

Ivize will continue to provide all the services previously offered by Aptara in their locations and will now have the capability to provide end-to-end ESI services including collections and forensics, high-volume electronic discovery, coding and web review solutions, coupled with our national discovery consulting methodology.

Ivize partnered with Whitmont's founders, Robert Oeh and Tony Ramsey, to complete the transaction. With this acquisition Ivize will be adding the following California production facilities to its national network: Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County (Irvine), San Fernando Valley (Woodland Hills), San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Mountain View), and West Los Angeles (Century City).
