IVIZE ACQUIRES DOCULEGAL

IVIZE Continues its Commitment to Growth with Latest Acquisition

June 2, 2008 – IVIZE, LLC today announced that it has acquired DocuLegal, a leading provider of litigation support services in upstate New York with offices in Rochester and Buffalo. With this latest acquisition IVIZE has solidified its position as the leading national litigation support company offering end-to-end digital solutions in addition to local support facilities. IVIZE, headquartered in Charlotte, NC has over 30 litigation support offices nationwide in addition to national consulting, data collection and computer forensics, ESI processing, and hosting for online review.

IVIZE will continue to provide all the services previously offered by DocuLegal and will now be able to offer DocuLegal’s customers the benefits of its national office network, discovery consulting expertise and the industry’s leading suite of ESI solutions. DocuLegal’s offices will remain under the management of their existing leadership team and Mr. John Holland, a 15 year veteran of the litigation support industry, will join IVIZE as a Senior Vice President.
